Responsibilities:
- Ensure the qualification and diagnosis of incidents related to Service platforms (remotely or on customer site)
- Provide reactive support services on customer infrastructure under maintenance contract,
- Resolution of incidents in compliance with SLAs
- Development of models as part of incident management
- Collaboration (Escalations) with publishers and manufacturers in the context of incident management but also ensuring a technological watch
- Intervention with customers as part of maintenance contracts with on-site assistance
- Participation in the on-call service.
Skills:
- Essential Security Expertise: PALO-ALTO + STORMSHIELD +Checkpoint + fortinet
- Minimum skills on PALO-ALTO + STORMSHIELD, PALO-ALTO Certification: PCNSE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or related
- Proficiency in French and Portuguese
- Positive attitude
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment
- Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive or confidential matters
